We know waiting is the hardest part. Most orders ship within 48 hours from our warehouse in Nevada.

## Estimated delivery times

West Coast delivery

East Coast delivery

3–5 calendar days

8–11 calendar days

*   Orders placed before 11 a.m. PT often ship the same day.
*   Orders placed after 11 a.m. PT ship the next business day.

*   Orders ship from our warehouse in Nevada to processing hubs in Kentucky and Florida before final delivery \- this takes about 4 days. From there delivery is generally 3-5 days
*   Orders ship out on Tuesdays and Fridays after 1 PM.

## **Dresser delivery**

Select dressers ship via our oversized delivery service and have a different delivery timeline. If your dresser ships via oversized delivery, you can expect delivery within **3****–4 weeks** of your order date - regardless of your location.

## Tracking says “Label Created”

If your East Coast order shows "Label Created," this is completely normal. Your tracking updates with a firm delivery date once your package reaches our regional hub.

## Why shipping varies by region

Because our warehouse is located in Nevada, West Coast orders typically arrive faster.

East Coast orders travel through regional hubs before final delivery, which adds a few extra days but ensures reliable transit.
